Concessions: These are available for group sessions, pensioner parents and bookings of more than 1 hour per week.
Frequency & Payment: One hour of tuition per week is the minimum requirement for effective learning. Payment is expected after each session unless other arrangements are discussed and confirmed.
Cancellations: 5 hours notice is required; failure to comply incurs a lesson payment liability, excluding cases of unforeseen emergencies.
